Retainer: a thing that holds something in place. The Bari-Retainer is built to provide continued support after completion of The MEELS Plan. We will meet monthly for six or twelve months to ensure your skills are held in place and that you’re prepared for all the challenges that may come your way. The Retainer also includes weekly emails of motivation and inspiration and group zoom events with special guests.
